Since the Trump administration withdrew the "sensitive locations" memo in January 2025, faith communities across the country have turned to religious liberty law to defend their congregations, their clergy, and the migrants they serve. Our new tracker follows those cases: who is suing, what they are arguing, and where each case stands, with links to dockets and reporting.
